# family patterns and their impact

If we look at the theme of how we carry our ancestral or family patterns in our bodies we would have to explore our abilities to digest our life experiences as well as anything that our kin have not faced or transformed, which has been passed down to us.

We may develop stomach issues - based on any old emotions, charge and traumas which have not been transformed. Leaving the stomach full of the old with no room for anything new.

We could also become stuck in old fearful patterns of failure, procrastination and not feeling good enough, feeding limitations and in particular worry.

Controlling our environment and those around us is another way our stomach becomes overwhelmed and blocked.

Teeth could also become an issue as we try to process old family guilt, anger, blame and bitterness.

Our skin can become irritated when we feel alone, unprotected, isolated, critical and devalued - especially by those we look up to.

Our intestines can develop obstructions when we feel vulnerable, confused, angry, push things away, want to hide and feel that we are different from everyone else.

Our hips can weaken when there are family disagreements, secrets and when we carry others on our hips.
As well as hold on to feelings of deception, alienation, too much responsibility, manipulation and strain.

When you are working on deeper patterns I encourage you to create a map for yourself and become more conscious of all the layers and areas that need attention, then slowly work on becoming aware of the stuckness, recognising your patterns and working on changing those daily Step by step.

To change deeply ingrained patterns which are in your Etheric or life body which also contains memory, takes time, patience, perseverance and self forgiveness.
