Just a quick note for online booking customers, if you are using google- gmail and book online, gmail/ google calendar will add your booking to their system and send you an email to invite you to the appointment with us, that email is not from us, it is from google. So if you reply to either confirm or cancel it, we won’t be able to receive it.
The best way to make sure that you cancel and to cancel it, it is logging in your kitomba. You will be able to see your upcoming bookings and cancel it. If you see your booking but be unable to cancel it, please give us a call, we will have it sorted out for you!
It has been happening to a few customers now. . So please make sure you check your booking on kitomba system and cancel it to avoid cancellation fee.
