As we head into our busiest time of the year we ask that you please read the following information.

• Please arrive on time to your appointment or even early and relax in the air con.
With the road works at the bridge, traffic delays and parking at a premium in town it pays to leave a bit earlier.

• We require at anytime of the year a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are cancelling or rescheduling your appointment otherwise there is a $50 fee.
This gives someone else on our cancellation list the opportunity to come in if we have enough notice.

• If you wish to have something different done like a restyle or add on another service please ring and check to see if we the allocated time slot for this within your appointment time.

• We try our absolute best to run on time but at this time of the year if you are 5 - 10 mins late it can make us run late for all our clients and we are doing some big 12 hour days to fit you all in for Xmas.

• Don’t forget to make your 2024 appointments now as we will be away on annual leave in Jan.

• Also we phone everyone the day before to confirm your appointment so please if you can’t check your voicemail and have forgotten the time of your appointment please ring us to check.
