Thank you to the lovely group of people who came to class this morning. We moved to and from our centre and it was one of those classes where I could just touch the mind of the room in a beautiful way.

While there's a great crew of regulars and new people I do miss some of you guys who used to come every week before summer, so here's my call for you to come back and join us again!

This weeks class planning has looked a bit like this, as well as a fun workshop and lots of movement. Iโ€™m exploring new territories of my own practice to bring an embodied experience of a thought idea. An exploration of the physical boundary and meeting point of our skin coming up next Monday and Tuesday ๐Ÿฆ‹ With love, Moa

Mลrena ๐ŸŒž The last few days have been filled with sunshine, nature time, icy swims, digging a new garden and heart space explorations. My new favourite thing is to do yoga while Maya and her papa spend time in the garden, it makes my heart feel so full. Just like last week Iโ€™ll be teaching tonight, Monday, at 5pm, and again tomorrow at 10:30am. This weeks flow is a slow and flowing heart class. All bodies and experience levels welcome! No need to book, bring your mat (Iโ€™ve got spares), wear comfy warm clothes (the hall is cold) and bring a warm sweater or blanket for savasana. See you there ๐Ÿ’›
