2022 was the year i see how my body can stand weight training. Went bulky for month. I enjoyed it. I love every training i did. Then comes my les Mill Journey. Where i need to be leaner than being bulky. It was hard but nothing comes easy.
Now i feel lighter and weird 🥲 but i like this form. Will be lifting weight still but aint going bulky mode anymore. Hehe
