Happy times at El Clandestino. Installing plastica madera.

Plastica madera is made from recycled plastics. It’s strong, not prone to rot and comes in beautiful colors. El Clandestino supports local business plastikote. Will post picture/video of completed dock next week.

For those inquiring on our reopening, here’s a picture of the 130’ dock that had to rebuilt and it’s done really strong now. It will have a colorful plastica madera dock by next week. Will announce the date as we get closer.

Share your knowledge by helping at an island eco-lodge in Bocas del Toro, Panama

Welcome to El Clandestino, a lodge & restaurant built on the sea and surrounded by nature.
located 30 minutes by boat from the town of Bocas del toro,

Here are some examples of tasks:

- Reception of tourists, reception of the hotel, cleaning of rooms, preparation of meals

- Take care of our dog friends, garden and clean

- various construction, renovation and painting projects ...

Conditions:

working time 20h / week to be distributed according to needs

Bilingual: Spanish, English

minimum stay 2 weeks

You will have a private room with shared bathroom and shower.

We provide basic food for breakfast and dinner will be shared at the restaurant.

A round trip to Bocas or Almirante is provided every week, in case you need it.

- Go in a cayuco (local wooden canoe), discover and observe the fauna that surrounds us
- Observe the seabed around the "snorkeling".
- Take advantage of the boat trips to visit the surrounding beaches and islands.
