MIA, Mothers in Action, is made up of a team of women in Peru that knit from their homes while looking after their families. More than knitting, MIA Peru provides training to employed mothers to help them become autonomous entrepreneurs, giving them workshops and lectures about education, nutrition, respect for the environment, and more so they can uplift their communities.
