Is there a sense in building and keeping a community? The nature of life itself is based in connections and coordinated work, within communities and between different species.
Solitude can give us a chance to understand ourselves, but strengthening connections allows our inner light to shine!

Living alone (or not having a relationship) is seen by many people as an state that must be overcome, sometimes as a disgrace that does not correspond to the ideal of perfect love sold to us by Hollywood.
I believe that living alone is a blessing, because it gives us a brilliant opportunity for self development, an opportunity to listen to ourselves in the absence of words and finding that inner light that brings warmth and love to us and everybody else around.

We are called ‘chakarunas’ or human bridges, for we have the mission of working as intermediaries between the dense and the subtle, health and pain, the higher knowledge of the spiritual world and our human ignorance.

Light has been the primary element of construction in Peru during thousands of years. It brings energy to our outer temples and consciousness to our inner one.

Inti’s energy can be felt in diverse manifestations such as honey, gold, yellow flowers, and the medicine power of grandfather fire. How do you tune up to the solar energy in your daily life?

Why is Machupicchu regarded as a sacred city? And why is it so important for our present time?
The sacred city of Machupicchu was built with the purpose of channeling the energy from the cosmos above and the energy from that sacred land (the Pachamama and Apus)
The whole region was sacred for the peoples that lived close by thousands of years before the construction of the city, and nowadays the sacred mountains known as Andean angels that surround Machupicchu keep working on the ethereal planes to help bring consciousness and healing to human kind. There is so much that I could say about Machupicchu, but I learnt early on that in this path we learn more by feeling than by reading. Share!

What lays behind appearances? Are you what moves you from the inside or what you want the world to see in you?

In words of my wife teacher: Pachamama is not only in our lands, she IS in every single woman young, mature, elder. So love, respect and learn from every single one of them.

Why connecting with nature? Because human life has evolved from it, biologically, emotionally and spiritually. When we go back to nature we go back to the source, to the mother, to a principle that will teach us and welcome us always.

The Peruvian mountains, as well as their Himalayan complements are source of a very powerful form of spirituality, one is meant to illuminate our minds, the other one to enlighten our hearts 🙏🏼

I learned from my elders that life can be simpler than what it looks. I learned that happiness can be found on an ice cream, or in a tree, or by waking up in your room any given day. I learned from those elder teachers that in order to produce magic on the outside we need to first learn it and test it inside.

The woman’s power in the Andean life has been recognized since the very beginnings of our society. She is not only a source of life and love, but a source of high magic and wisdom.

I was looking for wisdom inside books when I began my spiritual preparation. But as I met truly wise people I understood that books can give you knowledge, whereas wisdom can come only out of your own life experiences.

True praying does not come from our lips and neither does from our minds. True praying comes from our heart, so no images or words are needed. To truly pray we don’t need anything but the deepest feeling of conection and love. That’s what true praying is all about.

One of the main plants used for energy cleansing in the Peruvian Andes is the rue (Ruta graveolens)
Rue is so powerful that I haven’t met a single medicine man or woman in Peru who doesn’t have her as an important healing tool.

This plant has abortive principles so it should not be used by pregnant women. But for the same reason, it is used to expel unwanted energy on our field.
On the other hand, it brings good luck, so we use it in several little spells to attract money.
There are many different rituals and forms of using it, as well as certain plant combinations that enhance her power.

There is a right timing for everything, not the one we chose with our calendars, but the one the spiritual world defines according to the stars. That is the right time to execute our free will, for on that moment we have gone through the learning path that allows us to love what we will receive.

There is something magical about being born and grow in touch with nature, but nothing can beat the lift our spirit receives by being in touch and learn to love another person.
