Meet Wistman Sánchez, the leader and proud owner of Quechuas Expeditions, an experienced mountain and jungle guide fluent in English, Spanish, and Quechua, with over 25 years of tourism experience. Thanks to this effort, Quechuas Expeditions, has been in the tourism market for over 20 years.

His career began organizing trips for high school students through Peru and South America, captivating them with the wonders of Cusco and beyond.

Known as Wayra or The King of the Mountains, Wistman has explored iconic treks such as the Inca Trail, Salkantay, Choquequirao, and Ausangate in Peru and Bolivia. He has led tours at the Inca Museum, worked with the Peruvian Ministry of Tourism, and obtained his degree in Tourism and Archaeology.

After gaining invaluable experience traveling through South America and Europe, he returned to Cusco to found Quechuas Expeditions, inspired by his Quechuas heritage. Today we celebrate his notable contributions to the world of adventure and cultural tourism. 🌟🌍
