The land was an old pineapple plantation . We are replanting the medicin all plants and hardwood trees we are reforesting the land. .

I've worked out some pricing aynd Information for you

1 acre will cost 2 to 3,000$usd , depending on location on the property. Eg closer to the center and pond 3,000$usd
More isolated cheaper of course.
Buildings start at 2,000$usd for a basic 48sq meter cabin
Rising in price depending on your wishes.
All modern conviences are here Iquitos
Solar companies, WiFi will be covering the whole property.
A common kitchen and recreation building will service those wishing to use it .
You can have total independance hot and cold water whatever your budget allows.
I have good building crews and labour is cheap or do it yourself. We also have local knowledge of timbers and cost.

The project is getting a lot of interest. I can only take so many. I have an idea to buy more land if you have the commitment we need to set up an NGO and a bank account in the USA ,so donations become tax deductible
