Operación San Andrés

We are pleased to announce that 16 new families and children have become part of our educational program. They have joined us this month and we now have 105 children and teenagers participating of our activities. Please, pray for them!

Mother's Day was celebrated with our families with an outing activity, a city tour around nice areas in Lima. They all enjoyed a wonderful time of relax and fun.

Our teenagers continue being trained in vocational skills with out teacher Rolando. This period they are learning electricity lessons that would help them make basic repairs at home with their families. Rolando also takes time to share with them Bible principles and his experience as a technical professional so our teenagers can continue gaining experience towards electing their careers after high school. Please, keep them in your prayers.

Summer time is over in Lima but our children will keep it in their memories as they enjoyed several, joyful activities in Collique. As part of our educational program they went out with their parents to have joint learning activities and play games together that strengthened their relationship. Take a look at some pics.

More than fifty women from our projects went out to the beach to have a recreational and learning time with our staff. They played games, danced, and learned some "Tai Chi" lesssons with our theater teacher. Most of these women cannot afford to go out to have fun often, thus, OSA continues to provide opportunities for their holistic development.

Second day of April's medical mission trip moving forward in Collique. It's great to see old friends from Peru and the U.S. enjoy time together after several months, always serving the most vulnerable and sharing the love of Jesus.

A new medical mission trip has begun in Collique hills. Hundreds of people will be benefited with dental, medical support, medications, spiritual and emotional counseling. Stay in touch to keep updated with daily reports!

A medical mission team from the USA will arrive in Peru later today. The team will include 4 physicians, a doctor of pharmacy, and 7 support personel. This is the 21st anniversary of mission teams traveling to the OSA mission site in Collique, an underserved community on the outskirts of Lima, Peru. After a three-week break our children are back to OSA House. We welcomed them back with day full of games and joy!

Last Saturday, December 16, was the closing ceremony of the school year at OSA for the secondary level 👱‍♀️👱. Our teenagers were treated to a fellowship lunch 🍝 and some words from the OSA staff and representatives of the teenagers themselves.

Following an outstanding school year in OSA, participants of the educational program, boys and girls 👧🧒, joined a delightful Christmas activity held at Iglesia Evangelica "Luz de Esperanza" . There were joyful moments filled with games, theater, and a time dedicated to prayer.
