Hey guys! We’ve been busy! Fresh pasta is back, with red wine braised beef and stewed tomatoes as well as a new addition traditional rocoto relleno. We are taking the day “off” today as I work on a few more things...for example there is an actual brisket in brine waiting to turn in to pastrami! Also I’m putting some St. Louis Ribs in the smoker. Come see us on Thursday!
