This video is information for those who don’t know yet.
It’s sad to see how the world has turned.
Doing someone else’s tattoo style just because it’s trendy and could generate profits doesn’t help to build a true artist’s reputation.
Mine was built on my own creativity, my work quality and my respect to everyone, other artists and clients.
Every time a potential client dropped a print of someone else’s work on the counter asking me to do « the same or a look alike», my answer was and still is:
“Sorry but I won’t do that. You must go to this artist and if you really want his work, I think that I am not the right artist for you.”
It’s that simple, it’s the code of honor and respect.
I have so many wonderful clients waiting for years, crossing countries and oceans to get tattooed by me.
I am immensely grateful to them for their patience, commitment and respect.

Cool add-on on John’s forearm. The upper arm section was done by another artist in Hawaii, I had to match the global style but we inserted some Tahitian symbols for more meanings.
