The meeting held at PCLU was a pivotal discussion among students, SSC members, and the esteemed Mr. Joseph Quimado, focusing on upcoming intramural sports events.

During the gathering, participants eagerly deliberated on the array of sports to be conducted, ranging from basketball, volleyball, board games, table tennis, and more, fostering a sense of inclusivity.

Mr. Joseph Quimado's insightful guidance added a valuable dimension to the meeting as he shared his extensive experience in organizing sports events.

The meeting encouraged collaboration and unity among the students, ensuring that the forthcoming intramurals would be a showcase of talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

As the meeting concluded, there was a shared commitment to making this year's intramural sports events at PCLU a resounding success, symbolizing the spirit of healthy competition and community at the university.

It greatly contributes to maintaining a clean and organized school environment. By providing essential information, guiding individuals, and promoting good hygiene practices, the student council plays a crucial role in creating a positive and conducive atmosphere for learning. These efforts not only benefit the students and faculty but also leave a lasting impression on visitors, reflecting the discipline and excellence of the institution as a whole.

On this momentous occasion of Criminology Day, October 3, 2023, we gather in unity and celebration at Polytechnic College of La Union. The air is filled with anticipation as we embark on a day dedicated to honoring the brave individuals who are committed to upholding the principles of justice and integrity. This grand event is a testament to the invaluable contributions of our esteemed SSC President, Jeremiah Taclay, and all our dedicated members, who have tirelessly worked to make this day a resounding success.

The day begins with the vibrant Parade of Colors, a dazzling display of pride and unity as representatives from different criminology programs march together, adorned in their distinct regalia. Their synchronized steps and impeccable discipline symbolize the harmony and shared commitment to upholding the law.

As the colors find their place in the ceremony, accompanied by the solemn Invocation, we draw strength from the divine blessings, seeking guidance and wisdom in the pursuit of truth and justice. It is a moment of reflection, knowing that our chosen path is not merely a profession but a responsibility bestowed upon us to make a difference in society.

Following the Invocation, we are honored to have Miss Soriano grace the stage to officiate the Opening Ceremony of the Criminology Sportsfest. With her eloquence and grace, she ignites the spirit of healthy competition and camaraderie amongst the participants. This gathering is not just about showcasing physical prowess, but also emphasizes the values of teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship – qualities that are integral to a successful and ethical career in criminology.

A special highlight of this event is the introduction of the newly elected Criminology SBO lead by their SBO Criminology adviser Mrs. Jana Faye Madriaga. These individuals represent the embodiment of leadership and serve as role models for their peers. Their dedication to the ideals of justice, integrity, and community upliftment instills confidence and inspires others to follow their example.

With great honor, we welcome the Inducting Officer, whose wisdom and experience in the field will guide us as we step into this new chapter of our journey. Through their words, we are reminded of our sacred duty to uphold the principles of our profession with unwavering commitment.
