Ang aktibidad ay pinangunahan ng Land Transportation Office katuwang ang Local Government Unit of Aguilar - Mayor Kristal S. Ballesteros-Soriano, sa inisyatibo ng Sangguniang Bayan Ng Aguilar sa pamumuno ni Vice Mayor Jesus M. Zamuco Jr. at sa kooperasyon ng Aguilar Police Station at ERPAT-Aguilar (Empowerment and Reaffirmation of Paternal Abilities)

Dinaluhan ng higit kumulang 700 katao ang isinagawang dalawang araw na seminar/15hrs para sa libreng Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) na isa sa mga kakailanganin upang makakuha ng Student Driver's Permit.

Ang TDC Program ay naglalayong maituro ng maayos ang mga batas trapiko o mga dapat na tandaan sa pagmamaneho upang mapanatiling ligtas ang kakalsadahan at ang disiplina sa mga kukuha ng lisensya.

For the initial implementation of this Ordinance, an amount of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,600,000.00) shall be appropriated through supplemental budget under the Office of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development. And in the succeeding years thereafter, an annual budget shall be appropriated for the said purpose of implementation.
