Please make certain you want to buy any of our products as we do not accept item returns under any reason. Exchanges for different sizes are not accepted either. We value your trust. Items are carefully check

ed before they are shipped so we guarantee they are 100% free from damage. Note:
On very rare occasions, we do make mistakes on shipping or if any item/s proves to have been delivered in defective condition, please contact us immediately within 24 hours. We reserve the right to request for photos of the wrong item shipped to you. Please contact us within 24 hrs upon receiving the item/s if any items proves to have been delivered in a damaged/defective condition or wrong items delivered. HOW TO ORDER

1 - Choose the item/s you want to purchase. Make sure that you examine the photo/s and read all descriptions. What you see is what you get. You can also contact us and we will glad to help you on any questions regarding the item/s.

2 - Fill up the Order Form completely if you are certain of the item/s that you will buy.

3 - Wait for our confirmation. We will SMS/PM/Email your order total and payment details within 24-48 hours

4 - Once you have confirmed your order, you will then be given three (3) working days to make the payment and inform us. Once the payment has been settled please notify us by sending the deposit or money transfer details thru SMS, PM or Email. Failure to do so will result to your order not being shipped on time. If you fail to make your payment in three days your order will be canceled. We will also make note of your name and ignore future transactions from you to priorities our regular customers and serious new buyers who are able to pay on time. If you are unsure about your capacity to pay the item/s we discourage reserving them.

5 - Once we receive your payment, we will send out your items on the same day or the following (business) day, depending on what time your payment comes in. (Business days: Monday-Friday). Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery. Once we send your package, we will SMS you the waybill number/tracking nos. so you can track your package. PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payments via BDO Bank Deposits or Western Union Money Transfer only. SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via LBC/JRS couriers

Shipping fees will always be handled by the customer unless otherwise stated. We do not ship Internationally. If you are ordering from overseas, we can ship it to a friend/relative you have here in the Philippines and have them ship it to you. Once your package is already in the hands of the courier, GreenBox 21 Boutique is not responsible for the loss or damage, mishandling or delays of the shipment. However we do our best to communicate and remind the courier to handle the package with utmost care. Please do inform us when you have received your item/s. DISCOUNTS
