We have been serving gyoza since the establishment of KINNOBUTA, but we are always in pursuit of newer and even better gyoza and upgrading them little by little.
Last year, we upgraded our dumplings to make them juicier, and now they are filled with soup like a xiao-long-bao. This year, we will continue our trial and error to make it more flavorful.
