Fried Rice with Taba ng Talangka Ingredients:
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon onion
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon crab paste
1 teaspoon lemon juice (lime juice or kalamansi juice)
4 cups cooked rice
salt (to taste)

Step 1:
In a hot pan sauté garlic and onion in the oil until golden brown. Then, add the ginger.

Step 2:
Add the crab paste and kalamansi juice

Step 3:
Add 4 cups of rice and season it with salt (based on your taste buds). Continue to stir-fry until heated through.

Then, enjoy your meal!"
