1. Hongeo Samhap (Skate, Pork, and Kimchi Combo)
- Fermented skate, boiled pork, and well-aged kimchi sliced and served together. The pungent taste of the fermented skate tends to stimulate one’s appetite.
2. Hunje Ori Bulgogi (Smoked Duck with sauce)
- Marinated in a gochu-jang(red chili paste)sauce, and cooked on a grill.Must try!
3. Ojingeo Bokkeum (Spicy Stir-fried Squid)
- This dish is made by stir-frying squids, onions, carrots and cabbage in a spicy sauce of gochu-jang (red chili pepper paste) and gochut-garu (red chili pepper powder).

1. Gochu-jang Samgyupsal (Red Chili Paste Pork Belly)
- Sliced pork belly marinated with a gochujang (red chili paste) sauce and grilled or pan-fried.

4. Jeyuk Bokkuem (Stir-fried Pork)
- Pork meat is thinly sliced and marinated in a spicy seasoning before stir frying. Vegetables such as onion and cabbage can be added in accordance with the individual preferences.

1. Bibim Guksu (Spicy Noodles)
- This cold noodle salad is made by tossing Kimchi, cucumbers and lettuce with cooked noodles along with a seasoning sauce made of gochu-jang-vinegar
2. Janchi Guksu (Banquet Noodles)
- A soup made of thin noodles topped with various garnishing before a clear broth made from dried anchovy is poured over top for serving. It is a traditional Korean dish that was served to the guests at special parties including marriage ceremonies, birthdays and, particularly on the 60th birthday.
3. Kal Guksu ( Noodle Soup)
- Soup made with very thin knife cut of homemade wheat noodles that are boiled in a broth made from chicken, and then served with various additional ingredients including zucchini, potato and seafood.
4. Oetang Sujebi ( Hand-pulled Dough Soup)
- fish stew made by grinding and boiling freshwater fish with hand-pulled dough
5. Nokdu Jeon (Mung Bean Pancake)
- Stone-ground mung beans, sliced beef or pork, mung bean sprouts, fiddleheads, and cabbage kimchi mixed into a batter and shallow-fried on a griddle.
6. Wang KimBap (Toasted Laver Rolls)
- balanced health nutrition you can get. Cooked white rice, seasoned with salt and sesame oil, is spread out thinly on laver and a diverse range of vegetables and meats are placed on top of the rice before the laver is rolled. It is one of the favorite foods in Korea for picnics and trips, as it can be made quite conveniently and consumed easily.

1. Sanche-JeongSik (Wild Vegetable Dish Combo)

- This course meal consists of rice and soup with vegetable side dishes, such as seasoned bracken, aster, mushroom, bonnet bellflower root, and fatsia shoot. These mild-tasting wild vegetables have distinctive flavors and fragrances.
2. Dogani Tang (Ox Knee Soup)
- Korean health food for stamina is made by boiling ox knee bones for a long time. The boiled meat of the ox knee is consumed by dipping the meat to soy sauce and adding cooked rice to soup for a hearty meal.
3. Ddukbaegi Bulgogi (Hot Pot Bulgogi)
- Korean delicacy made with thinly sliced beef, which is marinated in a soy sauce seasoning and then braised in an earthenware hot pot with vegetables and glass noodle producing a slightly sweet broth.
4. Yukgae-Jang (Spicy Beef Soup)
- made by braising beef brisket, boiling vegetables (such as green onions) and seasoning the ingredients with gochut-garu (red chili pepper powder).

5. Sundubu Jjigae (SPICY SOFT TOFU SOUP)
- A spicy stew made by boiling bean curd, beef, and seafood together to create a mild yet refreshing flavor.
6. DoenJang Jjigae (Soybean Paste Stew)
- made by dissolving doenjang (soybean paste) in water and boiling ingredients such as dubu (tofu), potatoes and Korean young squash in beef or clam broth.
Deonjang-jjigae is common on Korean tables, and it is known as the dish that best represents nostalgic home cooking. An old Korean proverb counsels one to ‘taste the doenjang rather than the stone pot’. This affectionate Korean expression about soybeans means that appearances are often deceptive.
7. Bibim-Bap (Rice Mixed with Vegetables and Beef)
- Bibimbap is a dish made up of various seasoned vegetables and meat and eaten after mixing all of the ingredients with gochu-jang (red chili pepper paste). For better taste, use various in-season vegetables and add sesame oil. Because it contains various types of vegetables, one bowl of bibimbap can be a nutritionally balanced meal.

- This is a spicy soup made by boiling frozen pollack with bean curd, radish, crown daisy, and other vegetables and seasoning with red chili powder.
3. Sobulgogi- Jeongol ( marinated thin slices of beef)
- Bulgogi tastes sweet and flavorful because it is marinated in a sauce consisting of honey, thick soy sauce, black pepper, chopped garlic, and scallion with juicy broth.
4. Deung-galbi Mukeunji-jjim ( Braised Pork Rib with Aged Kimchi)
- For this dish, pig backbone is braised with mugeunji (aged kimchi). After being seasoned and simmered in broth, the mugeunji becomessoft and savory.
