Like always, we started with Test drive and underchasis inspections and moved forward to change the parts and fluids needed...

2 subarus XVs... 2 different issues on their CVT...

These transmissions (TR580) are shared through most non-turbo subarus

No error on dashboards...
No error on Computer scan...

So we gotta get our hands dirty and tackle it from the source...

1. AWD not working
2. Manual gear select not working...

Took us a bit to find the sneaky faulty solenoid, so we proceed with replacing them with our spare parts 🥰 now they are all within the specs...

A looong and challenging week for us at AeonX MotorZ as we tackled couple of head-scratching issues on bunch of subarus...

1 XV with FWD issue, other XV with over-heating issue, the other with broken nuts and a leaky issue, anither xv tht doesn't move 😂... 2 WRX with CV joint issues and broken issues.

But no worries.. we can handle them all 😎🧐

What do you do when a 2010 Forester shows up at AeonX MotorZ and tell you they are traveling to Segada the next day? 😅

So, we got into inspection mode... it didn't take long to realize the car needs alot of help...

The Brake fluid was so old you could see the dirt build-up inside the reservoir, brake pads were thin and tires from 2015 with CRACKS on the sidewalls and BALD inner side due to bad Chamber setting...

So we did as much as we could do...

Flushed the Brake system with Amsoil brakefluid, Installed New Brakepads and highly encouraged the owner to change the tire before going on their Loooong trip to north...

Atleast we are 100% sure the Brake system is on TOP condition after our service 😁

AeonX MotorZ and a 2016 Subaru XV with 123'000KM and lots of leaks and attentions needs...

-P0981 error on CVT valvebody
-oil level sensor leak

But No worries... we can handle them all... 1 day later, car is finished and runs like NEW 🥰

So we started on cvt valvebody repair, drained the whole cvt fluid with Amsoil and changed the filter with a new 1...

An aluminum radiator and a new PCV... over-heating issue got fixed...
vacuumed Brakefluid with Amsoil Philippines and fixed the oil level sensor leak🥰

We can't offer Home-Services like before due to our limited TIME and many different projects on the sides... but when it's an emergency and Urgently needed, we got to make exceptions...

In this case, a 2014 Forester with leaky Radiator and DRIED-UP radiator inlet and outlet Hoses and a PCV waiting to fail near BGC 😷

As always, we replaced the radiator with fully welded aluminum with almost double the size and capacity (check the side by side picture) and new hoses and a new PCV connector...

Now the coolant stays below 95°C and engine oil no longer will have TEMPERATURE SPIKES

This subaru will be safe from Over-heating for years to come 🥰

Final touches on this Pentastar 3.6L cylinder engine... 🫡

This engine is shared with Chrysler, Jeeps and Dodge brands...

We will have a running engine today 😇🥰

When a Pentastar 3.6L engine (used in Chrysler, Jeep, Dodges and so many more) jumps a Timing chain due to broken PLASTIC TENTIONER, the damages are a looooong list...

In this case, driver side bank, bent valves, damaged pistons, bent heads and so on and on...

But no worris, AeonX MotorZ gonna built it better than the Factory... stay tuned for the final result this comin week😇😅

🩸💉Subaru Bleeeds coolant...

There is no doubt Subaru brand always had an issue in their engine cooling system... under-engineered, under-powered and weak... 😤😡

Here is an example of 2019 Subaru XV with only 47'000KM mileage with a visible MASSIVE crack on the radiator plastic portion 🥵🥴

car only had less than 300cc coolant the radiator...🫣

So as always, we push forward with installing a 2Row fully WELDED aluminum radiator which will outlast the car itself 😂

You ask Why?

Well, Bigger cooling capacity, higher coolant volume, no more stress about a cracked radiator and most important, the coolant stays below 100°c in most situations where the original radiator will exceed 110° heat... so the engine is always happy operating on a IDEAL working temperature 🥰

You don't believe it? Ask them around or we can send you a DATA LOG 😅

Owner states the car DID NOT BRAKE... now we know why 🤒🤕

Combination of SUUUUPER OLD BRAKE FLUID + THIN BRAKE PADS = ACCIDENT...

Take care of your Brake System before this happen to you too...

Change your brake fluids every 2 year or 30'000KM atleast...

Each one of them have their own particular problems... but they all share same Troubles... 😂

One of the biggest headaches on a old subaru is BRITTLE PLASTICS...

wires, connectors, sockets... you touch them, they brake like a crackers 😵‍💫😭

This Forester came in for a Test-drive and check-up... so as always, we made a full list of items needed...

We started with most important items, Amsoil Engine Oil and Amsoil Brake fluids and schedueled the rest for next visit... 😉

Remember... oil is cheap, Engine is expensive 😂

This is why you should never use MINERAL WATER as your coolant...

Rust and build-ups will lower the coolant flow, causing higher temperatures in engine...

1 big american... bunch of problems...

From frontal wiring to underchasis and scary noises...

We are suprised it has not caught on fire due to the LOCAL wiring done 😂
