Di kumpleto ang pasko pag walang Leche Flan! First time mo ba gumawa nito? Here's what you'll need:

10 pieces of eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 cup of evaporated milk
1 cup granulated sugar (preferably white sugar)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions:
1) Separate the yolk from the egg white, only egg yolks will be used in creating leche flan. Once you've separated the yolks, beat them using a fork or an egg be**er.
2) In the same bowl, add your condensed milk then mix thoroughly. Pour your evaporated milk and vanilla extract.
3) Place your mold or llanera on top of your stove. Set your stove to low heat, then put sugar on the mold and mix thoroughly until the solid sugar turns into liquid with a light brown color.
4) Once step 3 is done, let your caramel cool for about 5 minutes then pour the egg yolk and milk mixture on the mold. Cover the top of your mold with foil.
5) Steam mold with flan mixture for about 30 to 35 minutes in low heat.
6) After steaming, let it cool for a few minutes then refrigerate.
7) Flip your mold to your plate, serve and enjoy!

Hanap mo ba ay dessert idea sa paparating na Noche Buena? Ito ang para sa iyo, Fruit Cocktail Jelly Recipe!😋

Here's what you'll need:
1 pack of Jelly Powder Mix
1 can of Evaporated Milk
1 can Condensed Milk
1 cup of White Sugar
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 cup of Fruit Cocktail Juice
3 cups of Water

Directions:
1) Drain your fruit cocktail, then set aside the fruit cocktail juice. In a gelatin molder, spread the fruit cocktail on the bottom, and set aside.
2) Set your saucepan to medium heat and combine water, sugar, and jelly mix powder. Stir constantly until the mixture is incorporated.
3) Add the condensed milk and evaporated milk to your saucepan. You can also add the vanilla extract in this step. Stir constantly until all the mixture dissolves.
4) Pour your mixture through a strainer and into the gelatin molder. Once this is done, put it in the fridge.
5) When your jelly cools, invert, serve and enjoy!
