THE KRAZY STORY BEHIND OUR CHICKEN

Tuck your napkin into your shirt, break out the biscuits and cola, and savor our Krazy Krunchy Chicken! We’ve intentionally crafted our chicken for you to enjoy with reckless abandon and the assurance that you’re savoring every bite of a well prepared Cajun-southern style chicken!

It all started when we were working at Miami Beach, FL. We noticed that there was a fast-food chain that people are willing to line up… all for a chicken. So we tried it and discovered that people will be willing to stand for hours outside a store if a product is really that good.

At that moment, it hit us that we should bring the Southern taste to the Philippines. As we were working at the restaurant in Miami Beach FL, we learned the right techniques and process for the ultimate southern fried chicken. We studied, had our fair share of trial and errors until we perfected the recipe.

Our signature? Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Mouth-watering, hand-dipped fried chicken is made from scratch, used 9 different herbs and spices, always freshly prepared and cooked in 100% vegetable oil. Our specially formulated batter withstands high temperatures, and creates a marvelous, crackling, crisp, non-greasy chicken, bursting with flavor. Our fresh fried chicken paired with delicious sides such as our homemade biscuits and mac and cheese… your taste buds will delight in the ultimate comfort food.
