Isn't the dining area more inviting with a banquette seat? 😄
We were always attracted to seat there and not just us but the clients' visitors were drawn too! Adding pillows made the space cozy and the plants made it lively. 😊

It's heartwarming to have great feedback from the clients as well as from the their guests. 🥰

Part of the brief of our project is to retain the existing furniture and keep it budget-friendly. So to complement the existing scandinavian furniture we opted to accentuate the wall using limewash paint from . We also added a wall lamp (from ) so the clients can adjust the mood in the dining area with the warm glow of the lamp. 💡

Our team personally enjoyed breakfast with the clients, open doors and, feeling the cold morning breeze while sipping coffee 👌🏽

In our recent visit, the clients' family are growing vegetables, such as beans, Kamote, banana and many more, in their backyard! They told us they either cook their harvest or give it to others. Galing! 😄

Watch how we transformed a typical bathroom into an enchanting one! 🪄

Renovations aren't really instant or an easy task like we see in this short clip. For instance, I have definitely excluded all the effort on planning, applying permit, revisions, purchasing and punchlisting. All the blood and sweat are worthy once we see the final outcome, right? Of course!

Also, having a reliable contractor that will stay 'til the end is a must! So I wanted to share my gratitude to Engr. Jen and Pre-east Const. team, as well! 👷‍♀️
