Accounting – Job Requirements
• Candidate must be at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent
• With knowledge and/or experience with the following:
o Accounting principles and procedures
o BIR and government Regulatory and Taxation compliance fillings
o Preparation and Analysis of Financial Documents
• Proficient in MS Office particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong Communication skills in both English and Filipino.
• Highly organized person with strong attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Prepares the Monthly Financial Statements of the company.
2. Reviews and Prepares all Monthly, Quarterly and Annual BIR Reports of the company.
3. In-charge with the monitoring and filling of the company’s Government (BIR/LGU) Regulatory and taxation compliance.
4. Prepares, Monitors, and reports the annual budget and monthly forecast of the company.
5. Assists in the analysis of financial data by comparing budget, actual and forecasted results.
6. Will act as a Project Accountant responsible for the monitoring of financial progress (costs, revenue, and billing) of projects, looking into variances, monitors outgoing inclusive of expenses, and ensures that project billings are issued to clients and payments are collected.
7. Assists in the review and preparation of Purchase Orders, Invoices, Receipts, and other financial documents of the company.
8. Reviews and Validates Liquidation and Reimbursements.
