She will share her expertise on how parents and teachers can work together to develop and enhance the reading skills of our students through strong home-school cooperation and excellent education services.

In line with DepEd Order No. 30, s. 2018, which mandates the Preventive Drug Education Program Policy for Curriculum and Instruction, St. Clare Science High School conducted a Drug Abuse Talk in partnership with the Antipolo City Government. This initiative supports the National Drug Education Program as outlined in Section 43, Article IV of Republic Act No. 9165.

The talk took place on August 27, 2024, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at the school gymnasium, with the participation of Grade 9 and 10 students. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Dominador Coronado, Head of the Antipolo City Drug Abuse Office (ACADAO), who served as the Resource Speaker. His expertise was invaluable in providing our students with crucial information about the dangers of drug abuse and reinforcing preventive measures.

We believe that this talk has been instrumental in educating our students, equipping them with the knowledge to make informed decisions, and helping to build a safer, drug-free community.

In our gratitude for all the blessings and protection our Lord God kept on showering to all of us, St. Clare family celebrated the Feast of St. Clare of Assisi with a Holy Spirit and Thanksgiving Mass last August 12, 2024, to strengthen our faith while living the values of a true St. Clarean. Following the Mass, there was time dedicated to the blessing of the SCMS and SCSHS buildings. On the orher hand, non-Catholic students engaged in an activity focused on appreciating their worth as individuals and learning how to love themselves. It was truly a blessed day for every Highflier.

Last August 9, 2024, Grade 4 to 10 learners participated in the Performance Assessment of Standards and Skills (PASS) Pretest. This standards-based assessment evaluates students' competencies in alignment with DepEd’s K to 12 and MATATAG curricula. By utilizing this standardized tool, our school aims to enhance instructional effectiveness through assessments that are aligned with curriculum standards. Additionally, the results of the Pretest will enable subject teachers to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement through comprehensive and easy-to-read assessment reports. This process will help us monitor each child's proficiency level and provide targeted, evidence-based support to address learning gaps, ultimately driving academic success.

Wrapped up Nutrition Month with a bang! Last August 8, 2024, Thursday, We closed the Nutrition Month celebration with an amazing culminating activity and awarding program. It was a day full of celebration, inspiration, and recognition. We honored the incredible efforts of those students who have championed every activity held last week making it the highlight of this event. A huge thank you to everyone who participated, supported, and contributed in making this Nutrition Month celebration a success and eloquent. Let’s carry our knowledge and enthusiasm into our daily lives and continue our journey towards better health together, St. Clareans!

As part of our commitment to holistic education, which includes the spiritual development of all St. Clareans, our school, under the dynamic leadership of Ms. Abigail SJ. Aquino, recently held a comprehensive meeting with Antipolo Cathedral represented by Sister Alma Veran and with collaboration of Dominican Sisters represented by Sister Lourdes Tayag. We have organized the inclusion of Christian Living in our curriculum to be facilitated by them. This initiative aims to strengthen our focus on all aspects of child development, ensuring that our students grow into productive, excellent, and God-fearing citizens of the community.

Sa ating patuloy na pagsasama at pagkakaisa bilang isang komunidad, tayo'y muling magsasama-sama upang ipagdiwang ang Buwan ng Wika na may temang “Filipino: Wikang Mapagpalaya”. Ang pagdiriwang na ito ay gaganapin mula ika-12 ng Agosto hanggang ika-22 ng Agosto, taong 2024.

Sa pamamagitan ng makabuluhang selebrasyon na ito, hinihikayat namin ang bawat isa na lumahok at ipamalas ang inyong angking galing at talento sa iba't ibang gawain at programa. Ito ang ating pagkakataon upang muling sariwain at ipagdiwang ang ating mayamang panitikan, kasaysayan, at kultura sa pamamagitan ng ating wika—ang Wikang Filipino.

Walang dahilan upang mag-atubili, kaya ano pa ang hinihintay mo? Tayo na’t ipagmalaki at itaguyod ang ating wika! Sama-sama nating buhayin at patatagin ang ating pambansang identidad sa pamamagitan ng aktibong pakikilahok sa mga gawain ng ating paaralan. Mabuhay ang Wikang Filipino!

All hail to our dearest School President, Dr. Remedios G. Aquino, for passionately sharing her knowledge to the teachers of St. Clare Montessori School and St. Clare Science High School, delivering the topics: Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities of Teacher, The Teacher as a Person, Whip-up Excellence in your work Ethic, Making Value Creating Value in Teaching, Strategies Involving Interaction and Collaboration, and Teaching Strategies, Developing Hots. Her love of teaching shines through as she inspires and nurtures young minds and fosters a life long passion for learning. Her unwavering dedication in instilling values and ethics during the In-service Training held last July 16, 2024 was truly remarkable. Dr. Aquino provided practical insights that left a lasting impact to the teachers, her enthusiasm and commitment not only inspired the educators but also reinforced the importance of maintaining high ethical standards in their professional and personal lives.

A big applause to the new teachers of St. Clare Montessori School and St. Clare Science Highschool for the fabulous Teaching Demonstration within the Matatag Curriculum Framework, last July 15, 2024. Their commitment in teaching enhanced teaching effectiveness in fostering engagement in providing multiple activities involving 21st century skills to our beloved St. Clareans!
Teachers made an extra effort to show their transcendence in teaching through onsite and online demonstrations as they embark to S.Y 2024 - 2025. They showed their resilience and commitment in helping fellow teachers in building up strategies and techniques in an online teaching environment as we move forward with the 21st century learning education.

Last July 13, 2024, the teachers of St. Clare Montessori School and St. Clare Science High School had the privilege of attending the "Response to Intervention Plans and Strategies through Professional Learning Communities Training Workshop" for Teachers. The school invited Dr. Janette Biares-Torrato, the Director of the Academic Services Department at De La Salle Santiago Zobel School and a consultant, textbook author, and researcher as our Resource Speaker. She presented numerous research articles at international conferences in Japan, Hong Kong, and Thailand. This was a transformative experience for all of us as it focused on the response to Intervention (RTI) Strategies to meet student needs in bridging learning gaps. The teachers exhibited positive attitude towards learning new intervention plans and strategies to be implemented for the coming school year to better support our dear St. Clareans.
