Matapos magpulong ng mga mayors sa Rizal at 16 na kapitan sa Antipolo upang pag-isahin ang pagpapatupad ng mga polisiya, narito po ang additional GCQ guidelines effective ngayong araw, May 16, 2020 para sa ating lungsod:

1. Ang Barangay Quarantine Pass ay “transferable” na at pwede na ipagamit sa ibang miyembro ng pamilya para sa pag-access ng ESSENTIAL goods at services. Hindi na kailangan kumuha ng bago mula sa barangay kahit pa may ibang pangalan o picture ang nakalagay sa lumang QPass.

2. Ang Transferable Barangay Quarantine Pass ay kikilalanin din sa ibang mga bayan sa Rizal bilang bahagi ng intra-zonal movement (GCQ to GCQ) para sa pag-access ng ESSENTIAL goods at services. Hindi po kasama sa ESSENTIAL ang pag pasyal o pag bisita sa kaibigan, kasintahan, atbp. Yes! Hindi essential ang pag bisita sa kasintahan.

Gaya ng dati, makakapaghatid pa rin ang mga tricycle sa karatig bayan PERO hindi sya maaaring magsakay o kumuha ng pasahero sa ibang bayan pabalik.
Hindi pa rin pwede magpunta ang mga taga-Rizal sa NCR (and vice versa) dahil hindi allowed ng IATF ang inter-zonal movement MALIBAN na lang kung kasama ka sa mga EXEMPTIONS na una nang naipost.

3. Lifted na po ang Barangay Coding sa ating lungsod. Pero kailangan pa rin po ang Quarantine Pass (transferable) para makapag-access ng ESSENTIAL goods at services.
Kailangan pa rin ugaliin ang mahigpit na pagpapatupad ng mga safety protocols at precautionary measures tulad ng pagsusuot ng face masks, regular na paglilinis at disinfection, social distancing atbp.

4. Barangay Work Certificate.
Para sa mga freelance o miyembro ng informal sector na walang employer-employee relationship tulad ng mga tubero, pintor, karpintero, atbp, kailangan nyo lang po kumuha ng Barangay Work Certificate na nagpapatunay ng inyong trabaho at ito na po ang magsisilbing Quarantine Pass niyo.
Hindi na kailangan kumuha ng Barangay Work Certificate ng mga empleyado mula sa formal sector at mga industriya na pinapayagan ng IATF na mag-operate under GCQ. Sapat na po ang Company ID o Work ID para makadaan sa mga PNP checkpoints.

5. Bagaman highly discouraged dahil sila ay bahagi ng vulnerable group, maaaring mapayagan magtrabaho ang mga youth (below 21 years old) o senior citizens (60 taon gulang pataas) matapos makakuha ng Company Certification na KAILANGAN physically present sila sa trabaho o Company ID o Work Certificate.

6. Effective pa rin po ang CURFEW at HINDI pa rin basta-basta pwede makalabas:
• 24 HOUR Curfew para sa mga WALANG Transferable Barangay Quarantine Pass.
• 8:00 pm to 5:00 am curfew para sa MERON Transferrable Barangay Quarantine Pass.

7. Effective pa rin ang FOOD LANE PASSES para sa pag-angkat o pagkuba at sa malaya at mabilis na pagdaan ng mga sasakyan na may dalang pagkain at iba pan agricultural products. Mag-apply lang sa ating City Agriculture Office.

8. Maaari pa rin gamitin ang RAPID PASS ng mga accredited frontliners at mga Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR) mula sa gobyerno, private, and business entities with skeletal workforces. Please click the following link para pag-apply ng RapidPass: https://dict.gov.ph/rapidpass/

9. STRANDED PASS para sa mga stranded passengers/residents:
• Antipolo residents na naabutan ng lockdown sa ibang lugar at gusto na makauwi – kumuha lamang po ng 1) travel pass at 2) medical certificate bilang patunay na kayo ay negatibo sa COVID-19 mula sa munisipyo o lungsod kung saan kayo naroroon at isend sa [email protected]. Ito ay i-screen at iproseso bago kayo bigyan ng “Certificate of Acceptance” ng inyong barangay o ng ating City Admin Office.
• Non-Antipolo residents na gusto na umuwi sa kanilang bayan/lungsod/probinsya – magrequest ng 1) travel pass mula sa City Admin Office at 2) medical certificate mula sa ating City Health Office. Ang mga ito po ang kailangan ninyo para sa “Certificate of Acceptance” na ibibigay sa inyong pupuntahang probinsya o bayan.
