Good day, graduates of Bacolod City College Batch 2022.

We kindly request your cooperation regarding a new CHED memorandum requiring all graduates to submit their original PSA birth certificates for Special Order, which is necessary for CAV or DFA processing. Previously, this requirement applied only to teacher education graduates but is now being uniformly enforced for all courses.

The deadline will be on or before November 2024. Please submit your documents to the Registrar's Office at Bacolod City College. Thank you.

BOOKKEEPER

Qualifications:
· Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology or equivalent
· Must be proficient in bookkeeping and accounting functions or willing to be trained to effectively discharged functions assigned
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Has a Multi-tasking abilities
· Willing to work under pressure

Basic Functions:
· Prepares check vouchers, journal vouchers and Dr & Cr tickets and post them to the system;
· Post payment of borrowers to the system;
· Balances teller’s transactions;
· Prepares entries related to teller;
· Balance S/L accounts with G/L transactions;
· Submit report to BSP, PDIC, CDA and other reports as may be required.
