How to properly fill-up BIR Form 0605 for your Annual Registration Fee filing and payment?

👉 For Items 1 and 2, select "Calendar Year" and indicate for the year ended "12/2024";
👉 For Item 4, indicate "01/31/2024" as due date;
👉 For Item 6, select "MC 180 - Registration Fee for Both VAT/Non-VAT Taxpayers";
👉 For Item 7, indicate "12/31/2024" as return period;
👉 For Item 8, select "RF" as tax type code;
👉 For Item 9, indicate your 9-digit Tax Identification Number (TIN) as stated on your BIR COR, followed by your 3-digit branch code;
👉 For Item 10, indicate your 3-digit RDO code as stated on your BIR COR;
👉 For Item 11, select "I" if the taxpayer is an individual taxpayer, and select "N" if the taxpayer is non-individual (corporation, cooperative, etc.);
👉 For Item 12, indicate your line of business/occupation as stated on your BIR COR;
👉 For Item 13, indicate taxpayer's name as stated on your BIR COR;
👉 For Item 14, indicate your telephone number;
👉 For Item 15, indicate your registered address as stated on your BIR COR;
👉 For Item 16, indicate your ZIP code;
👉 For Item 17, regarding manner of payment, select "Others" and indicate "Annual Registration Fee for 2024";
👉 For Item 18, select "Full Payment" as type of payment;
👉 For Item 19, indicate "₱500" as amount of basic tax;
👉 For Item 22A, have the taxpayer or his/her authorized representative sign the Payment Form.

Payments can be made through the following channels:

👉 For eFPS taxpayers, file and pay through eFPS
👉 For non-eFPS taxpayers, file and pay through your respective authorized agent banks (AABs) or online through Landbank LinkBiz Portal, MyEG, Maya (Paymaya), or UnionBank bills payment.
