Our very own Consilva Java, also known as Pinasugbrew, has won the title of Best Local Signature Beverage at the first Negros Occidental Coffee Fiesta!

This victory is not just ours, but a triumph for all who contribute to the journey of coffee—from seed to cup. As we celebrate, we continue to champion the roots of our coffee, honoring the hands that cultivate it.

This drink is a celebration of the unique flavors of Negros Occidental, inspired by the beloved local delicacy Consilva, also known as Pinasugbo. In line with our theme "Adopt a Farmer," we took special care to create this signature beverage, using the La Castellana Robusta Beans provided to us. Our goal was to craft a drink that not only delights the senses but also pays homage to the hard work and passion of our local farmers.
