MassKara Festival 2024! ๐ญโ๏ธ๐จ
The Philippine Red Cross Negros Occidental-Bacolod City Chapter proudly served in full force for the MassKara Festival 2024, supporting the city's vibrant celebration through our dedicated teams in Safety, Welfare, Health, DMS, ERU, Red Cross Youth, and Medical Corps. Our team set up treatment areas, provided first aid and ambulance services, and deployed a specially trained 4 Strikers Team on standby, ready to assist. Their quick response was vital in transferring and safely carrying a collapsed dancer to receive prompt medical attention.
A heartfelt thank you to our Chapter Administrator, Miss Rita Benita P. Mirasol, for her unwavering support, and to our Board of Directors, led by Chairman Dir. Carlos Ganihong. Special gratitude to our partnersโthe City of Bacolod, City Health Office, CDRRMO, Yuhom Foundation, Sponsors and Pocari Sweatโfor their support and collaboration.
To all our dedicated volunteers, this eventโs success wouldnโt have been possible without your commitment, compassion, and hard work. Thank you for every effort made to assist and protect festival-goers. Your selfless spirit made a true difference in this celebration of life and resilience.

๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐๐ฒ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ญ. ๐๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ข๐จ, a day marked by deep faith and devotion. Attending the Feast day symbolized not only a commitment to God but also a desire to embody the virtues of this revered saint. St. Padre Pioโs life, marked by his humility, perseverance, and dedication to prayer, served as a powerful inspiration for the council, encouraging them to strengthen their own spiritual journeys. Through this celebration, the council sought to draw closer to God and reaffirm their shared mission.
As the school year unfolds, the USLS-CRCY looks to St. Padre Pio for guidance and strength. His unwavering trust in God and his remarkable ability to overcome challenges inspire the council as they take on leadership roles and responsibilities. With their faith rooted in the example of St. Padre Pio, they are determined to navigate the school year with grace, compassion, and a spirit of service, trusting in his intercession to support them every step of the way.

โ๐๐๐ฎ, ๐๐๐ฎ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฎ๐ค๐ช ๐ค๐ ๐๐ฎ?โ
It's a simple question first aiders ask, but as we observe ๐๐ผ๐ซ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ผ๐ง ๐๐ผ๐ง๐ญ๐ก, these words take on a deeper meaning. They highlight the importance of reaching out and recognizing the silent struggles that too often go unnoticed.
In the spirit of the Humanity Principle, join the USLS CRCY Public Relations Officers in their project, "๐๐ผ๐ข๐๐๐ฌ ๐ผ๐ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ: ๐๐ญ๐ผ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐ผ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฉ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ .โ This advocacy shines a light on unseen battles, shares stories of resilience, and reminds us that even in the darkest moments, hope endures.
Together, let's listen, support, and be that guiding light for one another.
