This retail store offers a wide range of grocery items and will also serve ramen and artisanal milk tea. From scratch, we collaborated closely with our client, from presenting mood boards to finalizing the layout of the area.

Our team maximized the functionality of the space despite its small size. One of the main requirements was to retain the existing features in the walls, which we successfully incorporated into the final design.

We aimed for an industrial look that features a bare, unfinished aesthetic while maintaining clean and minimal lines, perfectly highlighting the items.

Today's project feature takes us to a bungalow-type, two-bedroom residential unit situated in a subdivision. The project involves minimal construction as requested by the client, with a focus on selecting ready-made items tailored to fit the unit. Our goal is to create a cozy and homy feel within budget, without compromising on quality and function.

In the Philippines, people seem to be creative nowadays not seeking professional help and doing everything they see online resulting to an algorithm of "sakto lang" or the idea of a mediocre design to every residential households or spaces be it commercial and/or institutional resulting to creatives and designers being turned down and not able to practice in the industry.

A common complaint often voiced is the concern about budget, yet the perspective should shift towards viewing design as an investment. It can be compared to a consultation with a doctor. Consider this scenario: when you're unwell and consult a physician, you pay for both the prescribed medication and the professional advice.

Similarly, in the design process, seeking assistance from a professional involves an investment in their expertise. Anticipating such assistance for free would be akin to expecting full services without compensating the professional for their knowledge and guidance.

Yes, one can have great taste in choosing the best color of fabric that matches the floor finish and select the best artworks from Pinterest but it does not mean one have keen eye for design and function. It just goes to saying : Everyone can sing but not everybody is a singer. If you think Interior Design is just chairs, painting walls and hanging curtains, think again.

The design immerses us in the luxury of rural living, adhering to our client's concern to omit the use of air conditioning units, the team introduced a blend of jalousies and sliding doors to emphasize natural airflow and reduce electricity consumption without compromising the architectural features of the structure.

With its imposing structural components, from lofty ceilings to metalic stairs, this residential bungalow allows the team with the opportunity to explore creative possibilities in both design and layout evoking a contrast between the traditional and tropical elements.
