We are HAPPY and EXCITED to announce that DEAR LASH LOUNGE WILL RE-OPEN
for business this coming Monday June 8, 2020 while carefully following DTI COVID-19 guidelines.

Rest assure that cleanliness/hygiene of our shop is always a top priority for us. In addition to our regular cleaning procedures, we will be adding increase sanitization measures, please be at ease that we will pay extra attention to all our tools being use, and to sterilize after each customer used is a must. Daily multiple schedules of disinfecting other equipment machines and furnitures (tables, chairs, beds etc.)

You will expect from our staff to wear complete PPE:

1. Hair Cover
2. Face Mask
3. Face Shields
4. Gloves
5. Gown

Expect for a touchless temperature checking of every customer upon entry in our shop.
We have a policy of "NO MASK NO ENTRY", ONLY customers are allowed inside and this will be STRICTLY enforced, every customer will be ask to fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire, NO EXCEPTION.

As we adjust to our "NEW NORMAL" our goal is, and will continue to be, to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all guests/customers across our community.

~TEMPORARY CLOSURE~

Things have been changing very quickly with the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Dear Lash Lounge take serious responsibility to protect our employees and customers. Because of this, we will be taking an important step to temporarily close Dear Lash Lounge effective March 19, 2020 until further notice (Possible Re-open Tentative date: April 15, 2020).

We understand the impact this will have on our customers, we want you to know how much we appreciate your flexibility and understanding.

We want to make sure that our customer and employees know there is nothing more important than our collective health and safety. We look forward to the time when we can re-open and invite you back in to Dear Lash Lounge. Until then, please take care of yourselves, and your loved ones.

I’d like to take the time to talk about everyone's concern in our local community about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and the steps Dear Lash Lounge taking in our shop to continue our focus on keeping people safe and healthy.

The cleanliness/hygiene of our shop is always a top priority for us. In addition to our regular cleaning procedures, increased sanitization measures are being added with extra attention to all our tools being use, towels etc.

For guests/customers who are not feeling well (symptoms of fever, coughing) we encourage you to stay home and we’re happy to schedule your appointment for a later date.
