P.S. We are using an alternative for our black tubs, so you might be receiving your order in the same black tub as on the pic or in a kraft paper tub. Content will weigh the same - still 330 grams of LAING per tub.

We have customers who have tried our LAING asking when we'll cook again 😳, and we have customers who are eating rice more than they should. 😅

Apparently, it's also worth sitting next to the kaldero for, on a cheat day! 🍚

We cannot confirm our next cooking dates at this time, but our waitlist continues to grow. :O

We're pleasantly surprised that many of you are interested in our LAING that we actually have a waitlist now, which includes repeat customers! What a great challenge to have!

Our Papa (who is Bicolano) does the cooking mostly by himself, and so to ensure consistency and quality, we only make a limited number of orders on our cooking day.

We will find ways to make improvements so we can accommodate more orders, so stay tuned for updates on this page.

So we thought we'd share feedback on our food starting with last Wednesday's LAING, so you know what our dear customers, old and new, say about it!

Papa will be making LAING on Sunday, July 10.

It's made of dried gabi leaves in coconut milk, with a bit of sili. A perfect side to uga, piniritong isda or sinugba na baboy. Also great its own, on top of steaming hot rice with a few drops of vinegar!
