Welcome aboard, our Newly-Hired JBLCF- Bacolod Employees!
The Lacsonian Community welcomed 32 newly-hired employees during the Immersion Activities on September 13, 2024.
The events include Zumba, Kape-kape, Pahampang, and the Immersion Activities. This occasion aims to strengthen the bond of employees, to welcome new members of the Lacsonian family, and to renew commitment to the institution. Particularly for the newly-hired employees, these activities provide them with first-hand experiences in building relationships, understanding their roles and responsibilities and learning the institutional culture.
Meanwhile, immersion activities provided the newly-hired employees an avenue to engage in school advocacies particularly for health and environmental protection. Earlier this month, they were introduced to the history, vision, mission, objectives, and core values of JBLCF-B and the policies, guidelines, and procedures of the institution. They were also oriented on the proper flow of communication, the functions of the different Departments and taught the proper conduct expected of employees.
The activities were initiated by the Office of the Human Resource with its head, Mrs. Michelle Jean Villanueva and the working committees.
