As part of our collaboration with Kiko Torno of and Chef Alejo of Guimaras, we at Kapipat Cafe crafted drinks that celebrated our local ingredients. Chef Alejo, known for reviving the traditional Tultul Salt of the Guimarasnon people, elevated the experience with his incredible dishes. We complemented his creations with our signature Negrense Mojito and a special drink called Hugpong, meaning "joined to." Made with farm-fresh tuba, yutokorn from Minoyan, honey from DSB, ginger from Kanlaon and finishing off with tultul salt, Hugpong brought together the rich flavors of our region. It was a true celebration of local culture, sustainability, and unity!

🌿 Beat the afternoon heat with a chilled glass of our **kombucha**! Refreshingly crisp and naturally fizzy, it’s the perfect drink to cool down and recharge. Swing by Kapipat Cafe and sip on something fresh! 🍃🍹

🍃 Bootch Daddies Reunite!🍃

Before my good friend embarks on another journey across the Philippines, we caught up over our shared love for fermentation, exploring the rich traditions of Amazake from Japan and Tapuy wine from the Philippines. As fellow "Bootch Daddies" of kombucha, we brewed up some exciting ideas for future collaborations and the café’s next offerings.

He also introduced me to his favorite snack from back in the day—his version of kimchi quesadillas. It’s a winner, and you’ll see it on our menu soon! 👌🏻💯🤤
