Get ready to explore, create, and have a blast! Come and join us for an exciting workshop on monochromatic rendering on October 25, 2024, from 2 PM to 4 PM in room SMB-RM 201. Led by Hans Benedict M. Espina and Nel Reyzel Mesayra, this workshop is a great opportunity to develop new creative skills. ✍🏼

We encourage participants to bring their own materials and explore the use of shades and tones to produce beautiful artwork. Whether you're a beginner or seeking to enhance your abilities, you will gain valuable professional insights and techniques to unleash your creativity. The workshop also provides an opportunity to network with other architecture students, exchange ideas, and motivate each other.

The 𝙋𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙨!The evening sparkled with a mix of pride, excitement, and a touch of glamour as everyone dressed to impress. From the moment we stepped into the Base Function Hall, the atmosphere was buzzing with energy and anticipation for the night ahead.

The pinning ceremony itself was an emotional highlight, symbolizing the commitment and dedication of our officers and new members. Seeing each one proudly wear their pins, it was a moment of unity and passion for the journey ahead. The night carried a sense of responsibility and drive, knowing that together, we can create meaningful impact in our organization and community.

As the night went on, the "𝘿𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨" theme gave everyone a chance to showcase their own style, and the results were stunning. The modern touch of Filipino attire was on full display, from sleek and modern barongs to intricately designed outfits. The attention to detail in everyone's outfits added a special flair to the evening, blending culture with contemporary fashion.

But the night didn’t end there! After the formalities, the after-party kicked off in style. The lights dimmed, and the dance floor came alive with music, laughter, and celebration. It was a night to let loose, connect with friends, and dance the night away. The energy was infectious, and the joy of being together as one big family made it all the more special.

Induction Night "𝙎𝙄𝙉𝘼𝙂" was SO much fun! The Base Function Hall was absolutely alive with energy, and it felt like everyone was dressed to impress. We had a delicious dinner, and it was so nice to catch up with old friends and meet some new faces. The evening kicked off with a powerful message from our guest speaker, leaving us all feeling motivated and ready to make a difference. Their words were a reminder of the importance of our work and the impact we can have on our community.

Next, we celebrated the official welcome of our new members with a heartwarming pinning ceremony. The new members recited their oath of office, pledging their dedication to the organization and its goals. Seeing everyone receive their pins and officially join our community was truly special. It was a moment filled with pride and excitement, setting the stage for a bright future together.
We then honored the winners of the World Architecture Day competition, showcasing the incredible talent and creativity within our community. The winning designs were truly inspiring, a testament to the power of innovation and the potential for positive change in the world.

And let's be honest, everyone looked amazing! The "𝘿𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨" theme, with a focus on Philippine attire, was a huge hit. It was so inspiring to see everyone embrace their heritage and showcase the beauty of Filipino fashion. From elegant ternos to vibrant barongs, everyone brought their own unique style to the event. I even saw a few people rocking traditional accessories and jewelry – it was truly beautiful!

On this day, October 7, 2024, the SARFAID Department celebrated World Architecture Day with a burst of fun activities! The UAPSA LCC-B Chapter, along with the enthusiastic architecture students of the SARFAID Department and Faculty, made the day a celebration of love, excitement, and innovation!

The UAPSA LCC-B Chapter hosted a series of competitions for the SARFAID Department's architecture students, pushing them to test their skills and explore their creativity. From the technical demands of the "Reimagine Digital Rendering" competition to the quick-thinking required for the "Live Design" challenge, students were challenged to think outside the box and tackle a variety of design tasks. The "Quiz Bee" tested their knowledge, "Monochromatic" emphasized design restraint, and the "Master Arki: Scale Model" competition demanded precision and attention to detail. These challenges provided a valuable opportunity for students to hone their skills, develop their problem-solving abilities, and gain confidence in their design abilities.
