Site Location: BACOOR CAVITE

✅ Conducts daily site inspection
✅ Ensures all site tasks are done in accordance to plans/specifications
✅ Applies best and cost efficient practices on site
✅ Prepares quotations and implement budgetary costing
✅ Coordinate, Assess & Validate sub-contractors site works in relation to billing & other related matters
✅ Perform Site related admin works as needed

Qualifications:
✅ Civil Engineering degree (with PRC license an advantage)
✅ With Site experience
✅ Preferably from Cavite & Las Pinas

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conducts daily site inspection

DUTIES
- Assist in creating Architectural Design Solutions to client requirements.
- Formulate design schemes, prepare development plans, conceptual designs and Construction drawings.
- Assist the Principal Architect in coordinating with the Clients and allied professionals.
- Perform other related task as may be assigned to from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect is an advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and other related design softwares
- FRESH GRADS WELCOME TO APPLY

Preferably residing in Bacoor and nearby cities within Cavite.
