BGHMC-ODTRC partnered with the Cordillera State Institute of Technical Education (CSITE) to offer pastry-making skills training to the patients of the Aftercare Management Program.
The event commenced with welcoming remarks from Ms. Erielle Panganiban, who acknowledged CSITE facilitators, Ms. Vilma W. Tolarba and Ms. Diana T. Basinga, for providing the patients with this valuable learning opportunity.
Ms. Tolarba introduced CSITE's programs and services that the patients could avail of through their agency.
