2. Participants should submit their entries by the specified deadline, and be aware that late submissions may not be accepted
3. Participants should create original designs and avoid using any copyrighted material or trademarks.
4. Participants should follow the specified theme of the competition and incorporate any design elements or specifications that have been provided.

✅ MECHANICS
1. The design must emphasize the idea of "𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗣 𝗖𝗔𝗥 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀" to symbolize the harmony between the three universities of the chapter.
2. Designs should be created digitally.
3. The merch must be presentable and must be submitted in PDF format.
4. For each contestant, he/she can submit 𝗢𝗡𝗘 (𝟭) 𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗬𝗔𝗥𝗗 or 𝗢𝗡𝗘 (𝟭) 𝗢𝗥𝗚𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗭𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗧 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 or 𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗛.
5. The merch design shall have two categories: 𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗬𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗥𝗚𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗭𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗧.
6. The merch must showcase the 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁, 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 and 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 design of the clothing. Label the front, back, and sides of every component of the design.
7.The merch design shall incorporate the logos of all participating universities of the chapter on their merchandise design entries (SLU, UB, and UC).
8. The Shirt and Lanyard Design shall use the given 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗼𝘀.

𝘼𝘽𝙊𝙐𝙏 𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙎 𝙒𝙀𝘽𝙄𝙉𝘼𝙍:

The objective of this training is to provide a more practical and in-depth understanding of the design and engineering of field instruments. The course will provide guidance to the participants in designing and choosing the right instrument for a specific type of parameters or process. It will elaborate the design, installation and application required to attain the desired function control to measure process parameters. Lastly, the course will present the typical hardware components of final control elements based on industry standards on engineering and material specifications. Participants are expected to gain a working knowledge in designing and engineering of instrumentation loops as it is applied to the oil and gas production facilities.

Cordillera Administrative Region - Student Chapter (IECEP CAR-SC) invites you to attend this year's first ever seminar entitled Outside Plant Engineering Design, Implementation and Management which will be held face-to-face on April 20, 2024 from 7:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the Baguio-Benguet Community Credit Cooperative (BBCCC) Building, Assumption Road, Baguio City. Graced by our honorable speaker, Engr. Erwell E. Carlos, PECE, the seminar aims to discuss how telecommunication systems and infrastructures are designed, implemented, and maintained by Outside Plant Engineers.

This event will be followed by the 2024 IECEP CAR-SC Annual General Assembly which will be held from 11:15 AM to 12:30 PM. Certificate of participation and snacks will also be given for those who will attend.
