Our focus will be on balancing postures leading up to Warrior 3. We'll be accessing wall support and muscle strength to refine ourselves into this flying posture. 💪🏽🕉💪🏽

We will be breaking down how to move through a basic Vinyasa sequence featured in all breath to movement classes.

The 4 postures: Plank -> Chatarunga -> Up Dog -> Down Dog -> will be broken down to understand proper alignment with additional modifications for strength and safety.

This class is a great opportunity for beginners of yoga or Yogis looking to refine their current practice.

We get a lot of inquiries from folks who've never tried . Our hot yoga system is open level and beginners are most welcome. It is an ideal system to start because the form is meticulously explained and adjusted. Nothing is forced and flexibility is helped by the heat. See you in the hot room! DM for inquiries.
