Exceptional Hospitality: A Memorable Stay at Pine Cone Place

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Pine Cone Place and we must say, it was an unforgettable experience largely due to the accommodating owner. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay.

Not only did the owner personally welcome us and assist with check-in, but he also went extra mile in decorating our room for my girlfriend's birthday! Your thoughtful gesture made her day truly special. We're grateful for your kindness and exceptional hospitality.

In addition to the outstanding service provided by the owner, the transient itself was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the area.

We cannot wait to return for another memorable visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay.

For future guests and past guests, kayo na po bahalang humusga.

Wala naman po kaming ginagawa para sabihin ninyo na hindi kami accommodating na transient. For weekends po, rule talaga namin na two nights minimum. 😔 Nag pasensya po naman kami sa inyo pero biglang nag review kayo ng ganyan. Parang hindi naman po namin deserve ganyang review.

REMINDER:

Ito po ang dahilan kung bakit kami humihingi ng DP, kasi assurance namin ito at safety na din sa mga taong hindi sure pero nag sasabing kukunin ang unit.

Kapag po sinabi ninyo na magbook kayo siyempre hindi na po kami tatanggap ng ibang guest. Lilinisin na namin ang unit at ipreprepare para sa inyo. Ang inyong DP ay kumakatawan na kayo ay magsstay sa amin sa araw na inyong napili.

Sana po next time, kapag hindi sure wag po tayong magsabi na "Kukunin ko na po" or kung ano mang salita na nagsasabing magbobook kayo. Nag sabi ang guest na mag walk in nalang, nag okay na kami hoping na tuloy naman sila.

Naghintay kami hanggang hapon, pero walang response or update. Mas maganda po next time, sabihin ninyo kung hindi tuloy para alam namin. Maiintindihan naman po namin.

Marami na kaming pinagbigyan, isa lang example ito.

Maraming salamat sa lahat ng past guest namin na nagtiwala. Makakaasa po kayo na aayusin na pa namin lalo ang aming serbisyo.
