1st Batch of interior renders (Living Room, Dining area, Kitchen) for our 2-story residential design project.

This proposed 2 storey modern residential house design is located in Baguio City. This design is for a client with a family of 6. It's designed with large window openings and fluted wood claddings for the exterior facade.

A private villa resort will soon be constructed on this site located in Pangasinan, occupying a 500 sqm lot. The areas have been categorized sequentially. As you enter the villa, you will find a parking area that can accommodate 3-5 cars, followed by a guest house for visitors. A pavilion and a 5.2m x 10.2m lap pool will be constructed in the middle of the lot for everyone to enjoy. The main house will be located at the back end of the property and will serve as the residence of the property owners.

As we prepare to wrap up 2023, we would like to reflect on the memories we've made, the challenges we've overcome, and the progress we've achieved as an architectural and construction firm. And as we welcome in the new year, let's embrace it with open arms, ready to tackle whatever comes our way.

Let us reflect on 2023, where we received several inquiries and questions from clients about applying for a building permit. While we were able to answer some of these questions and attend to these inquiries, there were some cases where we could not provide them with the guidance and support that our clients were looking for.

As we head into the new year, we are excited to share with you our firm's new mission to help future clients who are encountering problems applying for their permits. We recognize that the permit application process can be complex and confusing, and we want to do everything we can to make it easier for our clients to navigate this process.

These five building permits approved for this year have been processed successfully by us. Our team has been putting in a lot of effort to make sure that our clients have a smooth and effective experience. We take pleasure in offering the greatest service we can and look forward to helping you in the future.

Our mission for this coming year is to provide our future clients with the support and guidance they need to successfully apply for their permits.

-Provide Architectural floor plans, Structural Details, etc. required for the building permit.

A family currently residing in Canada decided to build a bungalow house to serve as a vacation home whenever they visit their hometown. With a little bit of brainstorming together with our clients we came up with a modern bungalow design, with 3 bedrooms, a laundry area, 2 toilet and bath, kitchen, dining, living area, and a 1 car garage. With the lot having an area of 250sqm. and a total floor area of 120sqm.
