25 y/o male with persistent severe right upper quadrant abdominal pain with jaundice and icteric sclerae (yellow discoloration of skin and eyes). Ultrasound: to consider obstructive jaundice secondary to common bile duct stone. Underwent laparoscopic adhesiolysis, cholecystectomy, intra-operative cholangiography. Revealed pigment stones, inflamed gall bladder, massive adhesions and patent CBD.

58 y/o male with on and off moderate to severe right upper quadrant abdominal pain. Ultrasound: multiple gallstones. Underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Revealed pigment stones.
