Art fills the cool Baguio air at the 2nd North Luzon Travel Expo’s Art in The Park on November 24-27 at the Reflecting Pool, Wright Park featuring photographs, paintings, installations, sculptures and more by artists from Baguio City with guest artists from Region I, II & III.

Join us for the Grand Opening Program on Nov. 25 at 3:00 PM featuring performances by Open Space Productions with excerpts from various musical theater pieces, Sekyad di Cordillera and the Baguio Street Dance Community.

The 4-day event will also offer free workshops for children including Tie Dyeing, Soil Painting, Acrylic Painting, Yarn Weaving and Indigenous Music, Dances and Chants (watch our page for the final schedule and other details).

growing up, i've memorized every inch of this forest.

from its clay-rich soil to the gentle streams that run through it, it's a memory i keep coming back to.

and when i get a chance to sit here now that i'm older, i immediately get transported to all the nostalgic days i used to run through this very mountain, that seems on the surface to have never changed at all, but has in fact changed so much.

i have also changed so much.

and yet, i still marvel at the thought that despite life's challenges and changes, there's always a promise of a new crisp morning and a symphony of song.
