Hello! 💜

I am inviting all of you to give yourself the gift of time to walk towards your authentic self with love and compassion.

Solo Retreats at Two Trees allows you to experience powerful inner healing at my guest space - a peaceful, secluded home surrounded by pine trees.

As a highly anxious child who grew up to be an anxious and insecure adult, I have been on the path of my own healing through stream of consciousness journaling, meditation, yoga and energy healing. I used to be ashamed of my “colorful” life journey, until I realized that it is from the point of my own pain that I teach other souls to heal and love themselves. Last year, the untimely death of my husband plunged me into grief, and in this process of allowing myself to grieve, I discovered that there is strength in vulnerability, which really is another word for authenticity. “The cure for pain is pain,” Rumi once said. Grief work has transformative power, for when we acknowledge and grieve our wounds and losses, and release that which no longer rings true, then there is the possibility of reclaiming one’s spirit. We awaken to the truth - that we are powerful, abundant, creative, beautiful, loving and worthy of love.

It is my hope that through the work that I do in this space I am blessed to call home, I help other souls embrace their true selves, and shine as their true selves, for we are all Divine. You are the Universe, desiring a unique human experience as YOU.
