Beat the summer heat!
Baguio is one of the famous destinations here in the Philippines specially during summer. It is located in the Grand Cordillera in Northern Luzon.
It's known for it's cold weather(well slightly cooler weather) destinations in our country. It's a good place to find some shelter and have fun as well to avoid the heat this season.
One downside though is the amount of population that this City has grown for the past few years. I can really notice the difference on the number of people now and about 15 years ago. Anyway, you can still try to visit some of the famous places in Baguio City like Mines View Park, The Mansion, Camp John Hay, Baguio cathedral and you may also be interested in sneaking a peek at the famous Diplomat Hotel ;)
Must-Try!

Things to see and do in Baguio City
No. 3 Tree Top Adventure (Camp John Hay)
Instead of going to Mines View Park, which has become crowded with stalls upon stalls of souvenir shops and restaurants, enjoy a more unspoiled scenery at Tree Top Adventure (beside Bell House in Camp John Hay).
Although this facility is targeted at adrenalin junkies – its main attractions are the 200-meter long, 150-foot-high zip line dubbed Superman, the 60-foot Tree Drop and the 70-meter long Silver Surfer zip line – Tree Top Adventure also offers a 600-meter trek through a trail amid old pine trees and the cool air, culminating in a “skywalk” with a 1,000-foot-high view of the still-wooded parts of Baguio’s highlands.
Another way of enjoying the scenery is by taking the canopy ride. With eight stations around this natural adventure park, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the view from up to 100 feet above ground. This also includes a connecting ride on a funicular.
Hi! Have you tried having a vacation at the the country's summer capital? Christmas season is the best time to experience Baguio city. We still have available dates for December. Slots for Dec 1 - 22 are still available. For inquiries you can PM us here at Facebook or txt us at 09369220823 (Globe)

No. 2 Tam-Awan Village
Located at the outskirts of the city, it is an artists colony set amid a charming collection of Ifugao and Kalinga huts. Getting there may be a little tricky but certainly well worth the trip.
Tam-Awan Village Native Huts
A minimal entrance fee gets visitors inside the compound to explore the grounds, which includes an art gallery and a coffee shop. The different native huts and other areas are used for workshops and exhibits. It is the best place to purchase a painting or drawing by one of the many well-known artists who have their artwork on display. One of my favorite purchases there was a beautiful hand-tooled leather clock by Rhona Carantes.
