! Here’s our Oshwyn’s Spicy Tuguegarao Longganisa Pasta !

You’ll be needing the following ingredients:

~ Oshwyn’s Spicy Tuguegarao Longganisa - 1/2kilo
~ Onion - 1 head
~ Garlic - 3 cloves
~ Tomato - 2 pieces
~ Parmesan - 1/4 cup
~ Anatto oil ( or what you prefer) - 3 tablespoons
~ Chili flakes (optional) - 1 teaspoon

Procedures:

1.) before starting, cook your chosen pasta first
2.) chop your onions, garlic, and tomatoes
3.) heat up your pan and put your anatto oil
4.) sauté your onions, garlic, and chili flakes
5.) when fragrant, add in your tomatoes
6.) when your tomatoes are cooked, add our Oshwyn’s Spicy Tuguegarao Longganisa
7.) then add your cooked pasta
8.) top it off with parmesan and chili flakes
9.) serve and enjoy!
