I do quality checking before shipping them, and pls forgive me if you saw a dog hair on your products/packaging because my dog is hairy and i cannot control my Dog's Hair.

I pack all of them by myself so i assure you there's no damages on the Items that I will ship out.

And if theres any damages may occur it might be the courier's fault or my fault.

And if there is any damages please forgive me because i am only 11 years old just pls send a refund with proof :D
