Today marks the anniversary of the assassination of Senator Benigno "Ninoy" S. Aquino Jr. in 1983 at the Manila International Airport, which triggered the People Power Revolution in 1986.
Ninoy's life and legacy serve as a powerful reminder of the importance of fighting for what is right, even in the face of adversity. His words, "𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐝𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫," continue to inspire generations, reminding us of the value of our nation and the responsibility we have to uphold its ideals. Ang Vog ay polusyon sa hangin na dulot ng Asupre. Ito ay walang kulay at mayroong napakatapang na amoy. Ang paglanghap at matagal na exposure sa Sulfur Dioxide (Asupre) ay maaring magdulot ng Pangangati ng lalamunan, Hirap sa paghinga., at Paninikip ng dibdib.
MGA DAPAT GAWIN:
1. Banlawan agad ang mata gamitang malinis na tubig upang matanggal ang kemikal na nasa loob nito.
2. Kung mapunta sa balat ang kemikal hugasan agad ito ng malinis at maligamgam na tubig.
3. Magpalit ng damit kung ito ay kontaminado ng Asupre.
4. Kung nakalanghap ng mataas na konsentrasyon ng kemikal, dalhin ang pasyente sa lugar na may malawak na espasyo at sariwang hangin.
5. Kung patuloy na makakaranas ng hirap sa paghinga, agad na dalhin sa pinakamalapit na pagamutan.
6. Manitiling kalmado at obserbahan angpaghinga.
