Everything that was accomplished by Epiq before stemmed from one inspiration to another. Right now, what we aspire to achieve is to provide every customer with the food education they deserve – what to eat, when to eat, and how to eat. Previously, our primary objective was to automate everything, so automation became an integral part of our process. However, at present, we aim to return to the old school approach where we know each and every customer personally.

We have our hardships, and some may call them losses, since we start the journey of building something from inspiration, but the thing is, the story that we put inside our hearts is the one that matters the most.

One of our couriers decided to close down. We closed Cebu because our boss got stroked last year, we have molds in one whole batch that we have to replace everything with, including the revision of the facility, and we lost our Instagram page, which is the main driver of sales.

If you were in our position, what would you do?
